By downloading, installing, or using DocScan Pro (com.psoft.documentscanner), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

DocScan Pro is licensed, not sold, to you for personal and professional document scanning, viewing, signature, and PDF management. All software code, UI designs, icons, algorithms, and branding belong exclusively to PVSoft.

2. Document Ownership & Responsibility

You retain full ownership and copyright of all documents, images, and text you scan, create, or process using DocScan Pro. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have legal rights to scan, store, or share your documents.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Using the app to scan, store, or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful materials.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application binary or network APIs.
• Using automated bots or abusive requests against our backend services (office.pvsoft.click).

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain premium features (e.g. ad-free experience, unlimited batch scanning, advanced PDF conversion) may require a one-time purchase or recurring subscription managed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the respective store policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for maximum accuracy in OCR and document rendering, PVSoft shall not be liable for any data loss, scanning errors, or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
